- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Salmon: Pat the salmon dry and brush with olive oil. Season with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Air Fry the Salmon: Place the salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt (or sour cream), lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the Tacos: Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet. Flake the cooked salmon and distribute it evenly among the tortillas. Top with shredded cabbage, avocado slices, and a drizzle of sauce.
