Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Tacos:
    • 1 pound salmon fillets
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon chili powder
    • 1 teaspoon cumin
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
    • 1 avocado (sliced)
    • 1 cup shredded cabbage or lettuce
    • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
  • For the Sauce:
    • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
    • 1 tablespoon lime juice
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the Salmon: Pat the salmon dry and brush with olive oil. Season with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Air Fry the Salmon: Place the salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
