Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh basil (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the Cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Bake: Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, until tender and slightly golden.
  • Add Sauce and Cheese: Remove from the oven and pour marinara sauce over the cauliflower. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Final Bake: Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
