Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Bake: Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, until tender and slightly golden.
- Add Sauce and Cheese: Remove from the oven and pour marinara sauce over the cauliflower. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Final Bake: Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh basil if desired and enjoy!
