 - 2 cups beef broth
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 2 tablespoons flour (for thickening)
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

 - 1 teaspoon pepper
 - Salt to taste
 
Instructions
- Sear the Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef tips and sear until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
 - Sauté Onions: In the same skillet, add sliced onions and cook until softened.
 - Add Flour: Sprinkle flour over the onions and stir for about a minute to create a roux.
 - Add Broth and Soy Sauce: Gradually pour in the beef broth and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
 - Combine and Simmer: Return the beef tips to the skillet, add garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the beef is tender.
 - Serve: Serve hot over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles.
