- 1 cup cooked bacon (chopped)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper (optional)

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.
- Prepare the Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the cheese, chopped bacon, and any optional vegetables.
- Fill the Muffin Tin: Pour the egg mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the muffins are set and slightly golden on top.
- Cool and Serve: Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and enjoy warm!
