  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
  • 1 cup cooked bacon (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 cup diced onion (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.
  • Prepare the Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the cheese, chopped bacon, and any optional vegetables.
  • Fill the Muffin Tin: Pour the egg mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the muffins are set and slightly golden on top.
  • Cool and Serve: Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and enjoy warm!
