Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz (about 2 cups) rotini or penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked, grilled chicken breast, diced
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- ½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup croutons (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.
- Prepare the Chicken:

- Mix the Dressing:
- In a small bowl, combine Caesar dressing with lemon juice and minced garlic (if using). Mix well.
- Combine Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta, diced chicken, and chopped romaine lettuce. Drizzle with the Caesar dressing mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Add Toppings:
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and croutons over the top. Toss gently to combine.
- Serve:
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld. Enjoy!
