STEP 2: Set Up Your Breading Station
Set up your breading station with three shallow dishes: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs. Place the all-purpose flour in the first dish, beat the eggs until well combined in the second dish, and add the breadcrumbs to the third dish, ensuring they are evenly spread.
STEP 3: Bread the Chicken
Coat the chicken by dredging each breast in the flour and shaking off any excess. Dip the floured chicken into the beaten eggs, ensuring it’s completely coated. Finally, press the chicken into the breadcrumbs, coating it thoroughly to ensure maximum crispiness.
