Ingredients

  • 2 large apples, cored and diced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp work well)
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved (red or green)
  • 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Fruit and Nuts:
    • In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, halved grapes, celery, and chopped walnuts.
  • Make the Dressing:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and honey until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Combine and Toss:
    • Pour the dressing over the fruit and nut mixture. Gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly.
  • Chill and Serve:
    • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
