			- 1.5 lbs flank steak (or sirloin)
 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
 - 4 cloves garlic (minced)
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
 - Optional: lime wedges for serving

Instructions
- Prepare the Steak: Pat the steak dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
 - Heat the Skillet: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
 - Sear the Steak: Add the steak to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. For medium-rare, aim for an internal temperature of 135°F (57°C).
 - Make Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low and add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Cook for about 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until the garlic is fragrant but not browned.
 - Baste the Steak: Remove the steak from the heat and pour the garlic butter over it, letting it rest for a few minutes.
 - Serve: Slice the steak against the grain, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with lime wedges if desired.
