Instructions
- Preheat the Grill:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C).
- Prepare the Tilapia:
- Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Season the Fish:
- Brush the tilapia fillets with the olive oil mixture on both sides.
- Grill the Tilapia:
- Place the tilapia fillets on the grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks. Avoid overcooking to keep the fish moist.
- Serve:
- Remove the tilapia from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
