Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Grill:
    • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C).
  • Prepare the Tilapia:
    • Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
    • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  • Season the Fish:
    • Brush the tilapia fillets with the olive oil mixture on both sides.
  • Grill the Tilapia:
    • Place the tilapia fillets on the grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks. Avoid overcooking to keep the fish moist.
  • Serve:
    • Remove the tilapia from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.
    • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
