Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the Chex cereal, pretzels, candy corn, and mixed nuts. Toss to mix evenly.
- Prepare Caramel Sauce: In a small saucepan over low heat, gently warm the caramel sauce until it’s pourable. Remove from heat and stir in the pumpkin spice.
- Coat the Mixture: Drizzle the warm caramel sauce over the Chex mixture, stirring gently to coat everything evenly.
- Bake: Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even coating.
- Cool: Remove the snack mix from the oven and let it cool completely. This will allow it to crisp up.
- Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle Chocolate: Once the mix is cool, drizzle the melted white chocolate over the top. Allow it to set.
- Add Sea Salt: Sprinkle with sea salt for an extra flavor boost.
- Serve: Once the chocolate has hardened, break the mix into pieces and serve in a decorative bowl.
