- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Black olives (sliced)
- Pepperoni slices (optional)
- Italian seasoning (optional)
- Flour (for dusting)
Instructions
I. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
II. Prepare the Dough:
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to about 1/4-inch thickness. Use a round cutter to cut out mini pizza shapes (about 3-4 inches in diameter).
III. Add Sauce and Cheese:
- Place the mini pizza rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce on each round, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
IV. Create the Spider Toppings:
- For each spider, use a slice of black olive for the body (place it in the center of the pizza) and additional olive slices for the legs (four on each side). Optionally, you can add a pepperoni slice for an extra touch.
V. Season and Bake:
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the pizzas if desired. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden.
VI. Serve:
