Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Sour cream (optional)
- Sliced jalapeños (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Beef:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the beef is fully seasoned and the liquid is absorbed.
- Warm the Tortillas:
- Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave for about 10-15 seconds until soft and pliable.
- Assemble the Wraps:
- Spread about 1/4 cup of nacho cheese sauce in the center of each tortilla.
- Top with the seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, crushed tortilla chips, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add any optional toppings like sour cream or jalapeños for extra flavor.
- Wrap it Up:
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up from the bottom to create a wrap. Secure with a toothpick if needed to keep it closed.
- Serve:
- Serve the wraps warm, and enjoy! You can also serve with extra nacho cheese sauce on the side for dipping.
