Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Sour cream (optional)
  • Sliced jalapeños (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook the Beef:
    • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
    • Add the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the beef is fully seasoned and the liquid is absorbed.
  • Warm the Tortillas:
    • Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave for about 10-15 seconds until soft and pliable.
  • Assemble the Wraps:
    • Spread about 1/4 cup of nacho cheese sauce in the center of each tortilla.
    • Top with the seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, crushed tortilla chips, and shredded cheddar cheese.
    • Add any optional toppings like sour cream or jalapeños for extra flavor.
  • Wrap it Up:
    • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up from the bottom to create a wrap. Secure with a toothpick if needed to keep it closed.
  • Serve:
    • Serve the wraps warm, and enjoy! You can also serve with extra nacho cheese sauce on the side for dipping.
