- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion

For the Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Salad:
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, peach slices, red onion, and pine nuts or almonds.
- Gently toss to mix the ingredients.
- Prepare the Dressing:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey (or maple syrup), salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Assemble the Salad:
- Arrange the salad mixture on a serving platter or individual plates.
- Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and place on top of the salad.
- Drizzle with the prepared dressing.
- Garnish and Serve:
