Instructions

1. Prepare the Brussels Sprouts:

  • Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any outer leaves that are discolored or wilted.
  • Cut each Brussels sprout in half to ensure even cooking.

2. Season the Brussels Sprouts:

  • Place the halved Brussels sprouts in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
  • Add salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings like garlic powder or onion powder. Toss again to ensure the sprouts are well-seasoned.

3. Roast the Brussels Sprouts:
