Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté Garlic: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Make the Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing to a simmer. Add cherry tomatoes and spinach, cooking until spinach is wilted.
- Add Chicken: Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken and Parmesan cheese, mixing until the cheese melts and the sauce is creamy.
- Combine: Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat everything evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh basil and additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
