Julie is a wife and mom to two adventurous kids and lives in the scenic Pacific Northwest. In 2023, she launched her blog, FoodMacroNutrient, after discovering that making wholesome, delicious meals didn’t have to be complicated or time-consuming. At first, Julie could only manage instant noodles, and the thought of cooking for her family was daunting. However, through practice and experimentation, she found joy in creating flavorful, healthy meals. Now, she shares her easy, nourishing recipes to help busy families enjoy stress-free cooking.
