Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through and caramelized.
- Combine with Rice: Stir in the cooked rice and steamed vegetables, mixing everything together. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
